Our pool, gyms, and conference rooms are available for group rentals on occasions when the space is not in use for EmBe programs. For more information please read below or contact the program director at (605) 336-3660 to schedule a visit.
All groups are required to have a minimum adult to child ratio of 1:10 during group usage. Fees do not include tax.
Pool Rentals
- All groups are required to have a minimum adult-to-child ratio of 1:10 throughout their rental.
- Children 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children 3 and under must be within arms reach of an adult at all times.
- Group rentals require a locker room attendant provided by the group before, during, and after their swim time. (One for women’s and one for men’s)
- Individual Lane Rentals are $5 per lane and $5 per swimmer.
- Whole Pool Rentals are $100 per hour with an additional $20 per hour for a lifeguard.
- This includes up to 25 swimmers.
- Additional swimmers are $5 each.
Gym Rentals
- EmBe Downtown | $60 per hour
- EmBe South | $85 per court per hour | $150 for full gym per hour

Conference and Meeting Rooms
$75 per hour
Upon request, Sound System Equipment is available for an additional $40.

Pool Party | $125 for 2 hours | Rentals available Friday-Sunday | Location: EmBe Avera – Downtown
- Pool Party fees and completed facility use agreements are due two weeks prior to the rental date.
- Room setup/decorating can begin 15 minutes prior to the rental start time.
- Parties must plan their own games and supply their own decorations and food for the room.
- A lifeguard is provided for the rental to ensure safety for the group while swimming.
- Pool Party Package includes 2 hours of pool and room time and 10 wristbands for swimmers. (Under 3 is free and does not require a wristband, however, adults swimming require wristbands)
- An extra hour of pool/room time can be requested with an additional charge of $50 prior to the rental date.
- Additional swimmers are $5 each.
Gym/Multi-Purpose Room Party | $95 for 2 Hours
- Gym Rental fees and completed facility use agreements are due two weeks prior to the rental date.
- Space setup/decorating can be done 15 minutes prior to the rental start time.
- Parties must plan their own games and supply their own decorations and food for the party.
- An extra hour of room/gym space can be requested with an additional charge of $50 prior to the rental date.
Welcome to EmBe! We hope that your event will be enjoyable and memorable. In order to provide you with the safest and most pleasant environment we must insist on the following responsibilities, rules, and regulations:
- All facility rentals require a signed rental agreement two weeks prior to the rental date.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Know and take responsibility for all guests in attendance.
- Be sure to follow the times of your rental outlined in the rental agreement.
- Ensure all guests abide by the facility rules and regulations and leave the premises immediately following your rental.
- Remove all decorations and belongings you brough to your rental within your rental time.
- Accept responsibility for all damage or loss of equipment.
- Light cleanup:
- All trash must be placed in a trash bin.
- Boxes/cartons should be placed near the trash bin.
- Any spills or sticky surfaces must be reported to the front desk for proper cleanup.
- Decorations must be taken down.
- Equipment should be returned the way it was found.
- EmBe has a zero-tolerance policy- All users will always conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner and shall not in any way infringe on the rights and operations of any member or guest of EmBe.
- All swimmers must have a swimsuit- no cutoffs, T-shirts, leotards, jeans, etc.
- Children who are not potty trained or prone to frequent accidents must wear swim diapers underneath their swimsuits.
- The front lobby is a public area- clothing or cover-ups and shoes are always required in the lobby.
- User vehicles shall be parked in designated parking/loading areas only.
- Management has the authority to implement and enforce rules that are more stringent or that supplement those listed.
Gym information
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Having food and drink in the gym must be approved prior to the rental.
- Court tennis shoes are encouraged.
- Respect for the gym, equipment, and surrounding areas is required.
- Do not throw or kick any athletic balls against the walls, ceiling lights or fans.
- No hanging from basketball rim.
Pool information
- All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- All swimmers must wear a swimsuit- no cutoffs, T-Shirts, leotards, jeans, etc.
- Children who are not potty trained or have frequent accidents must wear a swim diaper underneath their swimsuit.
- The front lobby is a public area- clothing or coverups are required in the lobby at all times.
- Food and beverages are not permitted on the pool deck.
- Water is permitted.
- We allow life jackets and water wings; however, adults must be within arms reach at all times.
Whirlpool Information
- You must be 14 or older to use the whirlpool.
- The whirlpool shall not exceed 6 people.
- Observe reasonable time limits as long exposure may result in illness or fainting.
- It is not recommended to exceed 30-minutes in the whirlpool.
- Individuals with health problems should consult a physician before using the whirlpool.
